Nutrient Packs

I have been traveling for business and pleasure for almost 25 years and for most of that time I’ve been building my little ’supplement kits’ - so I could take my vitamins and supplements with me while I was on the road. Before each trip I would sit down and fill little zip-lock baggies with my capsules and tablets. My kits would include multivitamins, CoQ10, Omega-3, antioxidants, Resveratrol and a few other odds and ends. Before each trip I’d line up all of my supplement bottles and I would meticulously fill baggies with the right combination of my daily supplements. Read more
